Plot Description: Difference in Vertically Integrated Water Vapor Transport (IVT) from previous ECMWF Forecasts model runs. Difference in IVT is shown for locations where either ECMWF model run IVT is greater than or equal to 200 kg m^-1 s^-1. Contours indicate the IVT from the most recent ECMWF run. Positive values (green-blue) indicate that the most recent ECMWF is higher than the old ECMWF run.
