On-site registration includes access to the conference area in the Alfandega Congress Centre (for all IARC2026 sessions and events), parking space at the Congress Centre, an icebreaker event with drinks and appetisers on Monday, coffee breaks during the conference.

Registration will open on 15 May. Early Bird registration rates will be available from 15 May until 30 June 2026 (14 July 2026 for ECR). Regular registration rates will be applied after 1 July 2026.

Early career researchers (ECRs) are defined as undergraduate students, postgraduate students, PhD candidates, and researchers within five years of the award of their PhD or final degree (career breaks will be considered for extending this period).

All registration fees are listed in EURO (€).

Registration fee waivers and partial travel grants are available for students presenting Cryosphere topics: IACS Scholarship Application (deadline: 10 June)
