Reviewed the Event Viewer System Logs to see if I could figure out why we could not connect via remote desktop.
- Computer had a unexpected shutdown at 1 Aug 2024 05:28.
- Computer rebooted at 1736.

Reviewed the Event Viewer System Logs to see if I could figure out why we could not connect via remote desktop.
- UPS is not connecting to computer. PowerAlert software version 20.2.1.942 running on rugged computer is the latest available from Eaton.
- Installed FTDI - USB - 2.12.36.4 using Windows Updates - Drivers and restarted computer.

Uninstalled and reinstalled Tripp Lite PowerAlert UPS software
- Changed UPS name to Tripp_Lite_ECO550UPS in PowerAlert

Reorienting the cell antenna is not necessary based on signal strength indicators listed on the RV55.

Ran speedtest over modem and saw 4.96 Mbps download and 0.33 Mbps upload. Provider is AT&T.
- Anna ran speedtest on her Verizon phone and measured 104 Mbps download and 9.54 Mbps upload.
- Anna also did tests with the meter and associated small antenna (NOT the antenna connected to the system). screenshot below.
