Details

A.L. and J.W. visited the site to try to install a modem with a new SIM to establish telemetry but were unable to get connection, even with a high gain antenna at the tipping bucket, at the fence, and up as high as the lightning rod. Determined GOES will be installed on the next visit. Also installed a vent on the enclosure.
