DL4 Smoil installation mounted on a Rohn 45G tower in Soda Springs Meadow. Tower is shared with DWR. Soil is Alluvial fill and site may flood in spring due to high water events on the middle fork of the San Joaquin River.

Stream Gage
A Solinst Levelogger stream gage is installed in the middle fork of the San Joaquin River near the site of the old pump house. The Levelogger is housed in a concrete anchor located in the river. A wire rope runs from the anchor back to a tree. The sensor is connected to a data cable that runs back to the side of the river and up through conduit attached to a tree.
