Re-wired surface met enclosure to match master program with some tweaks for campbell soil sensors (soil moisture are all in C6)

Updated SDI-12 addresses of sensors to match master prog

Master prog successfully running on surface met with some adjustments for campbell soil sensors.

Replaced disdro enclosure with new enclosure (includes new computer and GOES system).

Removed campbell goes system from surface met.

Need to do:
