CW3E Surface Meteorology Precipitation Alerts

Sign up to receive email alerts based on CW3E deployed surface meteorological stations within the Yuba and Feather River watersheds. Alerts will be sent when one or more of the stations (see map) observe precipitation amounts greater than 1 inch in 24 hours or 0.25 inches in 16 minutes. Alerts will be sent up to four times daily if a station exceeds either threshold and include precipitation amounts for the previous 24 hours and the maximum hourly precipitation and 16-minute precipitation accumulations over the past 24 hours for each station within the watershed.
