An EOS article from CW3E scientists Dettinger, Ralph and Lavers summarizes key outcomes from a unique workshop held at Scripps Institution of Oceanography in June 2015. The Workshop brought together leading scientists and users of scientific outputs to discuss emerging advances in Atmospheric River (AR) science and applications.
