Multiple storms bring heavy rainfall and mountain snowfall to Southern California

Two separate systems affected Southern California on 22–23 Dec and 25–27 Dec
Some parts of Southern California received more than 3 inches of total rainfall
The second storm produced 1–3 feet of snow over the higher elevations of the Transverse Ranges
